ImageArchive's Process Control screen is the command centre of this powerful multi-user, workflow-based check(cheque)/page image and data acquisition system.  The Process Control screen has been designed as a central starting point from which to launch the many features of this powerful application, in addition to displaying real-time, multi-user processing status of each new batch created.

As an operator creates each batch, the Process Control’s batch status display is populated with batch specific details regarding the batch number, creation date/time, operator name, batch type, item quantity and total dollar value.  The colored cells to the right of the display indicate the completion status of each batch as it progresses through the Scan, Edit/Verification and Batch Balance processes.

Cell colors change from red, to yellow, to green, in order to indicate batch processing statuses of incomplete, in-progress and completed processes, respectively.  A gray colored cell is used to indicate that a related process is not required for that particular batch.
